A perfect rating is not an accident. It is thirty-four people who kept showing up and then went home and wrote about it.

You have not done real kickboxing until you have done this class… One of the best work outs I have ever had. Highly recommended but not for the faint of heart.

He's learning so much and building so much confidence. I'm so happy we found this gym and would recommend it to anyone who wants to get in shape and learn self defense techniques. Forever Grateful for Kru.

Yayyoo is very dedicated and passionate to train/ coach his students, with only 3 classes, I already feel in much better shape, more energetic.

What reviewers mention most

Weight loss 3 Dedicated coaching 2 Kickboxing 2 Getting fit 2
Heavy bags hanging over mat flooring

Bags up. Every level welcome.

What you'll train

Eight limbs, one coach,
everybody welcome.

Adults and kids, first-timers and fighters. Reviewers describe the same thing over and over: a coach who meets you where you are, then pushes further than you expected.

Muay Thai

The art of eight limbs. Fists, elbows, knees and shins, taught as technique rather than a workout with gloves on.

Kickboxing

The class members call one of the best workouts they've ever had. Rounds on the bags and the floor. Not for the faint of heart.

MMA

Striking put together with the rest of the game, for members who want the whole sport instead of one piece of it.

Self-defense

Practical technique for people who want to become their own protection. Reviewers point to this one again and again.

Kids classes

Parents write about confidence, patience and a kid who looks forward to the next session. Ages start young here.

One-on-one

Private sessions and small-group work, including off-season conditioning for local youth sports teams.

Mon Tue Wed

Group classes run Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The doors open a lot earlier than that, so private and open training sit either side of it.

5:00 PM

New here? Reviewers consistently describe the same first visit: you are placed at your own level, not thrown into someone else's class. Call the gym and ask about dropping in before you commit to anything.
